Uncle T’s Chicken Shop is a nearly 50 year old fried chicken restaurant on St. Kitts and a true local landmark. I worked on the website, helping bring Uncle T’s legacy online in a way that feels authentic and rooted in Kittitian culture, while positioning the brand as a modern competitor.
